Boston The Newest Place People Go On Vacation by K Watkins Boston has always been a real popular city throughout the years. Boston combines old city charm with updated hotels and a myriad of things that will keep you busy from dawn to dusk. This city has it all, lets look over some of things and places you want to visit. If you ask about any Boston sports fan the first word out their mouth how about those Sox's A visit to the historic Fenway Park where the Redsox play is an unforgettable experience, there are not very many old style ball parks left in America. You could also go up to Foxboro and take in a New England Patriots football game. One place you don't want two miss is their two parks called Boston Common and the Public Garden. These parks have everything any traveler could want plus being with walking distance of all the major attractions downtown makes this a great place to start your vacation at. One of the major attraction of Boston is being able to toss on some tennis shoes and enjoy the small town feel of a major city. Boston Hotels Now that your in town let's find you a hotel to rest up before you start on all the fun awaiting you in Boston. This will present a problem almost every hotel in Boston is a 5 star hotel. One of my favorites is the Copley Square Hotel for a number of reasons. Besides being open since 1891 and one of the oldest hotels around you actually will be in the same hotel that had some very famous people go to their jazz club. Names like Babe Ruth, Billie Holiday and Ella Fitzgerald were all visitors to the hotels jazz club. The rooms are top notch and totally updated for travelers needs and the amenities are second to none. My other favorite is The Ritz-Carlton Boston Common which over looks the Boston Common park. It has a great view and has all the things the other hotels have. You get the famous Ritz Carlton pampering which I love. Boston has so many more hotels and each one is top notch.
