Most people think about Tampa or Miami when you mention a Florida vacation. Some people take the
kids to Orlando to Disneyworld but if you are looking for fun and sun
in the sunshine state of Florida go to Ft. Lauderdale. The hotel rooms
are reasonably priced and airfare can be found cheap.
Ft. Lauderdale Hotel Rooms
Only a stones throw from the hustle and bustle of Miami Ft.
Lauderdale offers almost the same fine hotels and restaurants but at
slightly cheaper prices. Finding discount airfare to Ft. Lauderdale is
not that hard to find either. There are many a fine hotels there where
you can book a hotel room. If you are looking to book a hotel room in
Ft. Lauderdale try to stay near the Galleria Mall. That is where all

Florida Beaches
We hate to let our little secret out but the best Florida beaches
are located in Ft. Lauderdale. Sure you hear about South Beach in
Miami but we find the beach at Ft. Lauderdale much less crowded. To
steal a line from the great Yogi Berra "No one goes there anymore it's
too crowded."
Ft. Lauderdale Restaurants
We have to mention the great Ft. Lauderdale restaurants. You can
get a great meal no matter what type of food you like down by the
Galleria Mall. I personally like to eat at Dan Marino's restaurant
overlooking the waterway. You can have a few drinks and watch the
people as they come and go on the boats. Dan's has everything you
would want from steaks to chops they are really a great restaurant. If
you are a sports fan you have to check out all the sports memorabilia.
If you prefer vegetarian meals you have to check out the restaurant
"Sublime". Sublime is a quiet getaway and really has a beautiful
decor. We loved the spinach and eggplant ravioli. If you are in the

Find Cheap Airfare To Ft. Lauderdale
The best thing about Ft Lauderdale is you can always find cheap
airfare. I usually fly JetBlue but most of the major airlines fly there and have frequent
service. If you can fly during off peak hours you can really save
money on airfare to Ft. Lauderdale. If you are looking for a
Florida vacation Ft. Lauderdale is one of the best places to spend
time away from the cold. It is always sunny and warm you can go
to the beach during the day. Go to a nice restaurant and then out to a
club and dance the night away.
